I derive some perverse satisfaction from having a very modern generative AI platform like Midjourney render clunky and primitive dioramas, something about creating a very good model of a poor model.
The images were animated with Minimax Hailuo and edited using CyberLink PowerDirector 365.
The music is "Faded Smiles" by Trancenden, aka Tal M. Klein. It's used without permission, but I'm in the midst of a message exchange with Tal regarding my use of this track and one other. It might be complicated, it turns out, because he apparently sold the rights to a chunk of his catalog. So we'll see what happens and, maybe, this video gets re-cut with new music. Stay tuned.
