I had the idea today of just wandering around on Google Maps Street View, picking random spots and having a looksee. This is in Parque de Merendas, São Bartolomeu de Messines. Right about here. And this is behind us:
Every time I see these hills it makes me think of the crushing weight of time it took to erode them down to these soft undulations. If a bird sharpens its beak on a mountain once every hundred years...
